I have several foot and toè issues Skinny Raven always has a shoe which addresses my issues. I've never met a staff member who wasn't knowledgeable, and eager, to help me walk easier! My trips in follow the same pattern - I go in expecting to buy a certain brand knowing it'll be ok - they have me try on my brand, listen to my fit issues with it, have me try on a couple other brands and I walk out with a brand I brag about every day. Listen to the staff, they've always been right for me and they probably will be for you too!!

Great selection and merchandise is very neatly organized. I didn't see the shirt I wanted in my size. When an associate asked she, Anna I believe, said she could print one for me. Very happy that I got the exact shirt I wanted. This New Balance Run Alaska shirt has become one of my favorites. Great for keeping cool on a run and it is a conversation starter too.

Absolutely obsessed with my new running shoes and really appreciate all the time Rosie took to answer my questions and find me the perfect insole + shoe combo! Definitely will be coming here for all my running needs.

A+ Customer Service - for those with persnickety feet! Skinny Raven knows their stuff! I’ve had multiple foot surgeries; over-pronate, & have always had difficulty finding the right fit in shoes. First time shopper at Skinny Raven - my coworkers raved about their customer service so I decided to give it a shot. They were spot on! Within a 5 minute conversation, Tracen at S.R. knew exactly what fit I needed, & got me into the right shoes. I was thrilled to also find a new favorite sock brand - Balega, that Tracen also recommended. (Socks are also a tough find for me, as I struggle with toe seams - but the Balega’s are fantastic!) I left on cloud nine after this stop — & I cannot emphasize how much I normally despise shoe shopping. A+ Customer Service; Tracen specifically (but warm greetings from everyone I encountered) — highly recommend!!!

Skinny Raven caries my preferred brands and had the models I needed in stock. My new Altra road racing shoes worked perfectly right out of the box the very next day in the Skinny Raven 1/2 marathon; ran faster than I expected and got a very good result.
